I agree that six of crows is hard to get into but once you get through like a 100 pages it starts getting really interesting and the romance subplot is to die for and I feel like you would really like it.

Girl you have some of my 5 star reads on your physical tbr!! The kiss quotient, yours truly, hothouse flower and kiss the sky are AMAZING reads!! Most of all you is also really good, it's a little cheesy but I love how Mia Sheridan's books have a deeper aspect and focuses on characters overcoming their traumas. The second and third book in a good girls guide to murder are also really good! I'd love to see a reading vlog on some of these books to see how you like them!! Maybe doing a "reading books on my physical tbr" series may help you knock some of these out!

Please remember that buying books and reading them are 2 separate hobbies! :D I have 130 physical books on my TBR. 108 from way way back and 22 bought within 2023. And I'm still going to buy some, since someone got birthday money! Anyway I also have 209 e-books and 450 audio books waiting in line. And I don't have duplicates. Like physical and audiobook. I have either physical or e-book or audio. So in total I have 790 books on my TBR! It's like I'm going to live forever.

I’ve always felt guilty and pressure in have a physical tbr, so much so that I wouldn’t even buy a book until I’d read half of it out of a library book before buying my own copy. The first 1-3 chapters of Six of Crows were a bit slow and I almost didn't continue it but now it's my favorite book so I highly recommend you give it another try. The characters are amazing, I've never loved any group of characters more than them!

A Good Girl Guide to Murder series is really good. Six of Crows is one of my favorite fantasy series, A Thousand Boy Kisses I cried almost through the whole book but its so good. I read Yours Truly and Part of Your World omg they are so cute. The Kiss Quotient is also a very cute book. Things We Hide From The Light omg I love love love.

so i own a total of 90 books, i have 11 books that i bought that are part of a series that i was not aware of at the time of purchase, so i have put them away separately until i finish the rest of my other books that are a complete set or standalone. since i’m not counting the 11 partial series books, i have a physical TBR of 79 books and i have already read 34 this year and have 45 more to go. i’m currently on a book buying ban unless i get some books gifted at christmas. my goal is to read 100 books this year, but i’ll be happy with 60 to complete a book reading tracker that i printed at the beginning of the year since it only has room for 60 books.

Firstly, I currently have 53 books on my TBR (most of them are series). Secondly, lowkey jealous that you have a copy of Sword Catcher by Cassandra Clare because that is one of my most anticipated reads of the year. Now for the recommendations.. I recommend you read Five Survive by Holly Jackson and Layla by Colleen Hoover during the fall time because it suits the fall/spooky/creepy vibes. Those two books kept me awake. I also recommend you continue the ACOTAR series because they just get so good!! That's all, my dear Alexa!!!
