I honestly don't understand how one style of Levi's gets trendy. The whole point of Levi's having so many hundreds of different styles is so that we can all find a jean that fits right on our body. For me personally, there's one number that I will never stray from because it just fits me so perfectly and i feel like that's the actual attention of Levi's
@emmy85262 жыл бұрын
Especially as I think the 501s were originally cut for men, so they’d fit best on women who weren’t especially curvy. Most of the influencers wearing 501s in a snug, flattering (though still uncomfortable) way have had them tailored, especially at the waist. In which case, as you say, there may be a cut that would fit your body type better to begin with. I think there’s something about being a Cinderella who fits the body type associated with a 501. Whatever: let your body live and find jeans that fit you.

From what I've experienced, button fly jeans are actually really quick to undo once broken in. You basically just grab them at the top and rip them open. Don't do it with button fly corduroy pants though - it has to be durable denim!

Levi’s are def worth the hype if you take some time and explore all the different cuts etc. granted the sizing can be tricky but I find their 721’s fit me beautifully and im a midsized gal with some extra in the tum and a flat booty. They make so many and hold up well, as opposed to some ON jeans I’ve gotten in that past that have highly inconsistent sizing and basically shred in the crotch over time. But yeah everyone should wear what makes them feel amazing! Not gonna lie though, my sister and I definitely shopped the mens section at JCPenny as teens buying Arizona and Lee jeans trying to emulate that 501 fit back in the 90’s. It allll comes back around

I got Levi's 501 slim from an outlet store a couple of weeks ago because they were the only ones that 1. weren't skintight 2. they came in 100% cotton and 98% cotton/2% spandex 3. their high rise truly means high rise. I hate stretch denim and low rise, but it seems like that is all anyone carries. Their wedgie straight and high loose also fit nicely. Levis is one of the few brands with mostly consistent waist sizing. Pro tip: only unbutton the first 2-3. Jeans are hard to find in general. No brand will fit everyone perfectly.

So like while I'm annoyed "flared leggings" are a trend over regular leggings that are actual good for yoga, flared leggings is really more correct. Edit: looked up yoga pants origin. So it's technically a general term for all types of leggings (all lengths, flares, etc.) which makes more sense, but growing up the flared ones were the only ones I heard referred to as yoga pants. The rest of the leggings were just leggings.

I own a pair of levi jeans and honestly they take the same time to unbotton a zipper for me. First i unbotton the first button for both zipper and button jeans. Then I drag down the zipper (takes 1 sec) or I hold the inner layer still with one hand, and with the other i hold the outer layer i pull it down and away from my body(takes 1 sec) And they all unbotton!!!
