As for practices, there is normal medical massage that is performed by qualified doctors, not charlatans posing as doctors and calling it limotic massage, chiropractic or manual therapy, but real specialists with recognized medical education in this matter. This is what will really help in the long term, real medical care. As for the channel, it distributes entertainment content aimed at aesthetics, calming and relaxation, not health.
