An Adoption Story (S1): Felicita's Journey from Odesa, Ukraine to Southern Italy

S1 EP12 (2023 Series) An Adoption Story: Felicita was born in the city of Odesa, Ukraine to then being adopted at the age of 7 months by her Italian parents.
She was raised in the small village town of Ascea, a village that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea in Southern Italy. Felicita has always had an interest in her roots and ever since she could remember, she has always known about the first 7 months of her life in Ukraine.
She shares her story growing up in Italy, learning more about her roots and those connections with her birth family.

This great , beautiful and bright young lady guessed it absolutely right about the connection of the language with culture. I am an old Russian woman who lived in Toronto for thirty years, speak R.language to my cats and they love it. I think it's wonderful that her parents did not keep her adoption a secret. I know several adoptees and they were all devistated when they found out the truth.
