Ms. Alexia Clark, you're NOT a Trainer, you're a Professor! Thank you Ms., for all your tutorials. I've followed them to the letter, & because of you, & the knowledge that you've ever so gracefully have shared with everyone. I went from a Wheelchair, to a Walker, to Crutches, & then to a Cane. Now, I'm once again walking. It's been 4 long long years for me. I understand that you too live in the State of AZ? I live in AZ too. I owe you a debt of gratitude for all your tutorials. When viewing you, I imagined going to class, & I took it seriously because I was being taught by the BEST! Respectfully written, Santiago Murillo, Esq. Bear Down AIZONA!!!! My Cats, & NOT the State....

omg, I loved this video! I've been squatting for years and even though my strength goes up I always feel like I'm doing something wrong, and as a result, I find them very hard to do. This video was really helpful and is really making me think of my back and hip strength. Excited to do some focused accessory work with these variations.

Alexia your videos are wonderful! Can you do a video on dead lifts. I am having trouble with getting the form right to the point where I hurt myself in the process so I've just stopped doing them all together. Help!!!!

Right, I perform dead lifts but for some reason, I feel like I use my shoulders to lift the bar as I come up. Sometimes I don't knos how far I should lean down that I lose my balance.

The one criticism I'd interject here is Alexia's talking about the first few exercises more or less preparing people to do back squats. They are GREAT exercises, but the form is significantly different than the form for a back squat. It's like saying doing the bench press would prepare your form and technique for doing shoulder press. Something like a goblet squat, talked about around 3:50 or so, IS a good preparer for back squats.
