I know that I'm a year late to the video but you are not being annoying in this video at all! (as you said at the end of the vid). It felt very nice to see a more vulnerable side to you, even though it wasn't nice since it was due to health struggles which is always scary and stressful. I liked the calm and sincere conversation you had throughout the video where it felt like we as viewers could really connect with you. Kinda felt like sitting down with a friend late at night, drinking tea and talking about deep things and feelings. It's fun to see your life when things are fun and at a high pace but also the more "mondane" and down to earth things to :)

Thank you for sharing. I suffer from swollen lympth nodes as well. Typically swollen lymph nodes indicates the body is fighting, or more so possibly autoimmune and inflammation. Whatever is going on with your skin may be causing the swollen lymph nodes. Mine were from my autoimmune disease. It is most definetly connected. What I found helped me is eating a super anti-inflammatory diet and staying away from alcohol, sugar, fatty/processed foods, stress, and gluten and dairy. There is so much you can do to feel like you are in control until you have a diagnosis. You got this. You will be okay and stay positive. Your body is magical and can heal itself if you give it the proper things. Stay well

I can relate with health anxiety. I think it helps to talk about it. It’s like you know it’s over the top stressing, but you cannot help it. And Google. Oh man, if you go down that path, it’s awful. I have been able to let Google go and that’s the single biggest help that I have found. I also stress more about health when there are other stressors. Anyway, share, share, share. If it gives you any peace of mind, Hank Green has recently been sharing about his lymphoma and he talked about how QUICKLY things moved after his original appointment (because his initial results looked very concerning). So even though it’s extremely stressful, it’s kind of a good sign they’re being slow with you! I have been down the lymph node stress road too, and mine ended up being fine…they are big for no known reason. Bodies are weird sometimes. Sending good vibes!

The good thing is that you are getting checked either way instead of just putting your head in the sand. So many young people do that and when they finally get seen, it's too late. Not to freak you out either, but my daughter had breast cancer at 27. Thankfully she knew something was off and went to get checked, just as you are doing. She's cancer free and just celebrated her 35 birthday. So again, good for you for getting checked. Hopefully it's nothing but at the end of the day, it's such a good idea to be sure. Thank you for sharing this with us. I think more young people need to open up about their health concerns. I think you are talking about the frozen concentrate for flavored lemonades. I believe they still sell them.

It can't take a hot minute for these places to call back. Some of it is because of insurance approval. I have a ct scan once a year, and I usually hear back from scheduling in about a week. I've had the same insurance since 2007, and they still wait for my insurance to approve the procedure. It's lame. Hopefully, you've heard back and have your appt scheduled

Feel what you want to feel, but ultrasounds are very common. For example, if you get pregnant or have other gynecological needs they are common. Wait until you need a vaginal one - oh joy. Do all of your preventative checkups. Maybe see an endocrinologist. It’s just part of life darling!
