Alex, it's better to learn to accept aging as a positive thing (basically means you did not die young!) than start with Botox/fillers. Trying to combat a natural process with these things is a neverending battle that no one can win. I'm a bit older than you and understand what you're going through though ❤ Focusing on what I can control like bettering myself as a person (physically and mentally) helps!
