BPD tantrum? Never heard that in all my years of therapy and my therapist is a DBT expert. Everything she knows about mental health is "Someone on tiktok said...."

Ok. Let me explain how it works. If you take something negative and put BPD in front of it, it gets justified. For example: giving someone a BPD slap in the face, throwing BPD insults at someone, or BPD hurt someone... totally ok.

@leftover_poutine bpd is similar to autism as it’s a neurodivergence, really all personality disorders are more like autism than they are like depression. trauma + genetics create personality disorders. bpd is chronic and you will never “heal” from it, only your “symptoms” lessen/you become better at coping. splitting is involuntary. ppl with bpd do NOT choose to split and feel guilty / ashamed / embarrassed after splitting. most of you don’t have the nuance, experience or qualifications to be saying the things you do about bpd + i wish u would shut up

Glad you are ok...I had almost the same migraine experience last spring. I never had migraines before and I described it to my dr and he said it was a temporal migraine...I thought I was having a stroke because there was a small splotch of like a prism that wouldn't go away in my line of vision. Very scary!

I am still recovering but i still feel like it's boring, old news. I'm not recovered yet. In fact, I may never recover.
