She would've stopped by a motel and let them out to do their business and eat comfortably. She literally admitted Rarity was crying most of the time. She even filmed Rarity clearly distressed in the carrier. All owners know that you should leave the carrier out for the cats to get acclimated to them BEFORE you lock them in. If this option was the only viable one, she should've made it as comfortable as possible for them. But she didn't. She rather get laid and fed to death by her e-girlfriend. Those poor cats had no choice, they deserved better.

I’m insanely angry about this if it is, indeed, just a visit. I really hope she’s staying there. I took my cats on a 20 hr trip once because I was MOVING. We administered a light sedative under the vet's care, and stayed at a cat friendly hotel midway through the trip so the cats could stretch, check in with us and eat well. Even with all of the thought and care we put into making them comfortable, the trip was really hard on them and I would never put them through that again unless it was absolutely necessary. It does make me wonder though- if Amber was going to fly was she planning on flying her pets as well? I'd be SURPRISED if Amber actually makes the trip back. I totally see her just hiring a company to pack and move all of her stuff.

I moved 5 hours away and even that was super stressful for my cat. I had his carrier on my lap to comfort him and his heart was racing the entire time. At least he adjusted very well to the new environment and started curiously investigating the new place immediately. But for any car rides >10h I would definetly opt for sedatives aswell. I lost it when amber said something along the lines "I thought they would be worse" - like girl you KNEW how much stress you were putting them through and did it anyway??

I think mommalynn got a rental with the dashboard knob PRNDL because the classic stick PRNDLs dig into ambers thigh since it’s well documented that her big self spills over onto the stick PRNDL. Having Amber in a car with a classic stick PRNDLY is literally a safety hazard. Also that core water is a health hazard to the cats. There are electrolytes in that water, including sodium. Cats exist in a state of dehydration as a default, they get most of their water from their food sources which is why wet food is best for cats. They don’t need added electrolytes, it does more harm than good.

Taking your cats who are absolutely not used to travelling and obviously are super anxious and scared on a like 14 hour road trip just so you can have them with you while visitin your partner is irresponsible and insane. The cats only know car rides from moving once every other year and vet visits (hopefully). There are two options. Nr.1 She will use the stress for the cats as a reason for the cats to stay in Wisconsin while she heads back to OKC to pack up the apartment and get some things done there before heading back or Option Nr.2 is that she’ll stay in Wisconsin with the pets and either keep the apartment until the lease is up or Momma Lynn and her Hubby pack up the Apartment already as we speak and will drive her stuff to her in a few weeks.

If the speculation that Amber is moving in with either Alexis or Tommy is true, i honestly feel bad for ambers mom. I always found their relationship sweet because of my own situation having a mom with drug addiction. I have hopes of one day having my mother be kind, caring and clean like ambers one day. Oh no, not the throat tickle! That preceded the absolute WORST sinus flu of my life back in spring, locally this fall some people got fbd (foodie beauty disorder) after their throat tickle and had to do a bunch of laundry. Sounds so gross, ugh.

In defense of Dollar General They built 3 in our small town, one very close to me and Im so glad we have somewhere to go besides a "last chance" convenience store type situation, talk about jacking up prices! DG has a $5 off coupon for Saturdays and sometimes a $10 off coupon. The prices arent bad at all, comparable to the grocery store, some things are even cheaper! Many of the people working there are glad to have a place to work thats close to them, often within walking distance and you know how hard it is to get a job without a car so you can save up to get a car? Alex there are no "weeds" most of them are medicinal including dandelions! Love ya Alex!!

@@folkloreofbeing Poundland is more like our Dollar Tree stores everything went up to $1.25. However, Dollar General is more like a mini Walmart with most products being full size items with grocery store level prices. They do have a $1 section but its not the main purpose of the store

When I had to move with my cat, it was absolutely awful and he hated it. And I did actually take the cat out to stretch at rest stops, but she’s never taken the time to harness train her cats 🙄 and it’s SO MUCH harder after they’re kittens. it’s just awful to see these cats not even get a chance to hide in a bush for half an hour like Ravioli got to 😭

She took her cats on vacation?!? I currently have 3 cats and have owned them all my life. I would never. I understand some cats are okay with cars and trips like this but that usually only occurs in cats that have been doing it all their lives. Amber’s cats are like mine. Raised indoors and only go in cars for vet visits or 1-2 times a decade if you move or something like that. This is just selfish and mean.
