Great video Alex, found your channel through part 1. I'm growing my hair out as an upside to lockdown and your advice is definitely keeping my me on track to seeing this hair growth journey through ! Question however, did you dye your hair, or are your highlights natural? Because your hair colour contrast looks so cool to me !
@alexorlandocross4 жыл бұрын
That means a lot man. I really appreciate your feedback. Dyed, a took a photo of a guy called Jack Greystone into the hairdresser with me and let them do the rest
@connlaffan62324 жыл бұрын
@@alexorlandocross The fact I wasn't sure, it was dyed is awesome because I think a natural look truly complements long hair. That's definitely an idea for future me to think about. Anyways cheers Alex

Rule of thumb: You want to attract people who are attracted to the version of you you like. Be attracted to yourself first, then you will feel like you're out of everyone's league.

It seems like men who wear that look tend to be more outgoing and open minded to having new experiences. Also it looks like they are in touch with their spirituality and may be deep thinkers. At least that’s what I perceive when looking at a guy with longer hair and a beard. He’s not afraid to go against societal norms and is comfortable with himself.

I'm in the process of growing my hair long for the first time in my life. ive always kept short hair because its wavy and I can't do anything with my hair without gel. my hair is about 7 inches long right now. by the end of the year it will probably be about where I want it. I want it probably about like yours maybe a bit past my shoulders.

It can work both ways. I wore my hair long for many years and loved it for a long time and cut it short over 10 years ago and it was the best thing I did. Its not cos of any pressure, I went through all that before, especially in the 90s. Occasionally I had some threats and horrible things said to me cos of my long hair. but it just made me more determined to keep it long and in the early 00s that happened a lot less. Its only that after a time I'd started only wearing it tied back and rarely wore it down anymore. When I cut it short it felt the right time to do it and it felt great. Now I love it short, shorter the better lol. That's just me though.
