I always gripe about that honestly. They just say "oh they had to give him up." Who was holding the cards? Us. But we allowed Danny Ainge to take more out of the jar than expected. Either or, it worked out for us I just really valued Markkanen.

This is where the nba is failing. Instead of creating a story out of this special team and celebrate how playing the right way leads to this. But, no. All we get are clips of LeBron dunking and talking about any other team but the Cavs. Ridiculous

I think one of the problems with the NBA is how the league is covered by the mainstream NBA media. They should focus on individual games. Focus on who is playing well at the moment. Instead everything is always big picture. They’re too focused on the playoffs or Finals. We’re not even there yet. Keep the focus on the “now”.

Love the content but in no way was that a Kenny Atkinson “masterclass”- felt like he had them in practice mode and sloppy. He let them lay off the gas too much throughout the game and especially in the 4th when we were in an actual scoring drought. Next thing you know we’re looking at a 3pt game with minutes left against a team that was 7-20

I really do not like Jarrett Allen this year. And surprisingly I really don’t like Caris but I love him at the same time his passing is so sporadic like he will whip it super fast when his team mate is literally two feet away it’s very frustrating

Jarrett Allen still steps up a lot when needed. He takes a lot of pressure off of Mobley. If I could trade Allen for a star PF. For example like a Jalen Williams from OKC (not happening), Jaren Jackson jr (same) or similar player, I would.
