And with the stacked western conference, they will surely end below Timberwolves okc Denver mavs and maybe suns or grizzlies. Without a trade they will probably be 8-5 seed. “Lob City" was such a spectacle with their high-flying dunks and electrifying plays. It’s a shame they didn’t become NBA champions. Injuries and playoff mishaps often got in the way. And years later after the Lob City era, CP3 is still playing, having stints with the Rockets, Thunder Suns, Warriors, and currently with the Spurs while Griffin, Barnes, Crawford and Redick have retired with JJ currently being the Lakers Coach and Doc is with the Bucks. And let us not forget DeAndre Jordan got his ring with the Nuggets in 2023.

I’m a laker fan and love teams with good guards (rose, curry, lillard, d will on the jazz even jwall on the wizards). Growing up in LA I could never afford laker tickets but I could get clipper tickets. Many years later I realize my favorite team of all time to watch were the lob city clippers. They weren’t going to win anything and they kept getting injured during key moments but dude there were always so many good highlights. They were fun even before cp3 came but when he did that took them over the top. Hope to see a team like lob city again someday.

There was probably a two yr window in 2014 and 15 where the Clippers had a real shot at getting out of the West at least. It's a bummer we didn't get Clippers/Warriors in 2015 as a rematch from their awesome 14 series

Many of us were born too late or didn’t get into basketball until the pandemic era so we didn’t get to experience Harden’s Rockets in their prime. Harden’s stats doesn’t seem real after I looked them up and it must have been crazy to experience it in real time.
