My order arrives tomorrow. I ordered 2 sleeves and I prefer hot coffee/lattes. I do drink iced but hot just hits different especially when I want something cozy. Thanks for the review Alex! Excited to try it out.

Tried this pod today with the chobani extra creamy oatmilk. I tried it iced like the brown sugar shaken espresso receipt you posted but with a splash of milk. It didn’t taste watered down that way 😋

I mix a double espresso chiaro with a voltesso for my venti chocolate almond milk shaken espresso… it’s really good

Thanks for the review 😊 I’m definitely more of a medium to dark roast kinda gal - think Mexico, Intenso - DE Scuro. That being said I may just give Dolce a try. I agree there definitely needs to be more double espresso capsules. 😊

Thanks for reviewing this pod I've been trying new pods alot since I just got my nespresso for Christmas. Also heads up the lighter the roast the more caffeine the darker the roast the less. The more they roast the bean the more caffeine is taken out. It's crazy to think that but look it up too :) thanks 😊 happy coffee drinking :)

Thanks for the info! I just saw that it’s not always the case. It also depends on the origin of the actual bean that determines the caffeine content and not necessarily the roast.

As a barista, I love my Nespresso! My Vertuo Plus brews espresso very well, and I am picky with quality. Espresso expires after 10 seconds Alex! It needs to either be drank or mixed with syrup or milk to get the full effect. :)

Espresso shots don’t die, I’ve researched this after Starbucks baristas kept saying this and I found that this is a myth that they teach to make them go faster. The shots are ok 😏

I’m definitely buying DE Dolce, but not till next month - I’m doing a low-spend month this month with NO coffee purchases or craft supply purchases (I have enough of both to last for about five years!). But I’m definitely picking up a few boxes of this one. I like DE Scuro a lot right now, but I also like Bianco Leggero. So I’m intrigued by this one. I drink mostly iced coffee, so I appreciate your iced review. So thorough, as always! And a question - where did you get that “Coke can” glass? I love that it has the Coke logo on it!

It’s a very light roast as long as you like light roast I think you’ll enjoy it

i’m new to everything nespresso and your videos help me so much and i just have a question, I normally have been using it for iced lattes only (and i love it) but i’ve been scared to brew the espresso into my glass cup i’m scared it’ll break it with the ice i use, so can i just brew it in a glass cup or is it too hot

Every glass is different, if it’s a borosilicate glass then you shouldn’t worry

I don't know if this question had risen, but. How do you know how much milk you have to add to these pods depending on the Oz you hmfet ?? Sometimes I feel like I don't add enough. I don't know how much to add to a 5 Oz cup or a 7oz pod.

It’s personal preference, I like a half cup with just about every pod

Try using the strongest pods for ice coffee and also if you’re using the big pods for it, let the coffee cool down or use a hyperchiller to cool it. Hope that helps

It’s called the pod I think, not sure about coffee content. But if you check out espresso’sFAQ section they give you a range for each size pod. They don’t state an exact amount just a range
