I just want to say to people who complain about Alex when he's having a hard time parking: You don't realize we carry alot of pressure backing up a 53' trailer. It can be very stressful so stop picking on the kid, I'm coming up on my 38th year having a CDL, 7th year as 1/2 owner of a trucking company and I teach my drivers be patient. Alex is still under 2 years into trucking. Please cut him some slack All the truckers who agree please thumbs up! Big brain time, LOL!

I don’t want to seem like I’m making fun of him but it is kind of scary to think there are a lot of drivers out there that are as nervous and untrained at backing as he is. I’ve been driving for two years as well, but there was an easier way than that. But I also delivered dollar general in a sleeper truck for 8 plus months too so.

I notice you often open your doors and remove the load straps early. I always wait until I’m positioned close to the dock before I open doors and remove anything securing the load. This eliminates the chance your load will shift and fall out. You can also see better without looking at the barn doors in the mirror
