Do you know that Vigeant, the guy who armwrestled Alex (18 years old with glasses) is actually one of the strongest of his category in WAL ? To see a 18 years old make it closer with Vigeant than many WAL competitors is really stunning. And if you compare the arms size from Vigeant and Alex you can be assured that Alex as a really strong genetics for armwrestling since he has clearly not gain is maximum muscle size. Vigeant is also A LOT more experienced and his on juice for probably more than a decade. Im telling you, if Alex dedicate himself 100% into amwrestling hes gonna be one of the best.

But in my opinion to be a top tier competitor in strength sports like armwrestling or strongman etc... you need to follow the flow because otherwise its nearly impossible to compete with those who are taking stuff. I also think that this is part of the 100% dedication to the sport in some way, because if you want to be at the top, there is not much alternatives. I dont judge people who are taking stuff because they are following what have already been implement for many years and even decades. All credits on you if you are natty, but even if your not, big respect for you because you are in the top tier arm wrestlers and im sure your 100% dedicated to your sport.

Yes, almost everyone is on... no doubt. I never have because my lifestyle didn’t allow it... My training is sporadic and have done long stints of not training at all for years... Steroids make huge difference..HUGE I just never have, always was naturally very strong and my physical make up is different too.

Devon Larrat has all the tips and tricks in on his channel. I've tried them out for like 4 months and now Im able to beat all my friends. Considering that they all weight 20-40kg heavier than me

Look out for events in your area or join a practice club, where you will encounter your first loss :) And then realise how strong some guys are out there. Like John says it takes a good 3-4 years for you to hit your true potential. In other words, you could probably get much stronger than you already are simply by your arm being specifically conditioned with lots of table time.
