✅ Some facts I have no pics or vids of At 7 he broke his arm really bad , with elbow joint dislocation ( doctors said he will never be able to perform in sport with it ... due to nerv damage and improper joint fusion after the surgery ) At 13 he totally quit athletics due to knee injury He had a dream to become Olympic champion in track and field ... he was kinda lost and out of any sports activity or 2 years At 15 he got back to gym with me and totally switched to armwrestling and the more he started winning the more he loved this sport He is now able to travel around the world because of it and compete among the best ... so the moral of the whole fable NEVER Give up Never stop dream BIG Test yourself You might be gifted in something else P.S. wish I filmed more HQ content back in the day lol

Huge muscles they're usually an illusion. I used to compete arm wrestling and one of the strongest guys I compete with were not big at all. Including myself. Schoolboy body type, just some strong muscles due to generics/training that for arm wrestling are not as visible as other superficial muscles. But have huge advantage to other "huge" guys. Hard to explain. I'm only 175lb and back then was under 170. I was able to take down body builders almost double my size.

His training and technique are more intensive and specialized. Hes putting his entire body power into his movement like a hook in boxing through reducing the distance of his fist and torso, along with a lot of short accelerations. Mass of an arm with little acceleration is nothing compared to an entire body with lots of acceleration

@GetRekTUWiLL4 жыл бұрын
Yep. I would say the reason he looks the way he does and yet is so much stronger than bigger guys is that he probably has an abundance of fast twitch muscle fibers which produce more power, as opposed to the slower twitch, endurance muscle fibers. He looks in his weight training videos that he trains the fast twitch fibers with very heavy weights which target those type of fibers. Truly genetically gifted and very smart how he trains his body. I'm sure he will eventually become one of the greatest arm wrestlers in the world.
@joshpalao64664 жыл бұрын
@@GetRekTUWiLL yeah but I also think why he looks chubby is because apparently he only trains his arms most of his training.Maybe that's the reason why he doesn't burn that much fat and not very well rounded on terms of his physique.

Kid is a phenom. Clearly something physical is going on inside that body besides hard work. Perhaps his arm breakage at a young age healed in a way that immeasurably improved his natural mechanics for this sport. Be fun to watch his career.

In addition to training, their genetics also play an important role, a person with DNA full of defects is not the same as another with DNA without them. This same genetics makes the tissues of his arms have a certain shape that helps him easily win over guys with much more muscle than him (such as the length of his tendons, distribution of muscle tissues ...)
@dswmetals024 жыл бұрын
I look tiny cuz I am tiny...anywhere from 120lbs to 170lbs at most (usually about 135-155lbs natural weight) and no would ever guess me as strong even I look fit but not someone you would guess as an armwrestling. Yet I've won my state in arm wrestling 8times left handed (only counting one weight class per year since I do several every year.) and 5times right handed, (with multiple weight classes I believe it's at 22 state titles) and I've only trained a couple days in my life for arm wrestling. This is not brag...continue reading. (However to be completely honest I have trained for many other sports and now in my adult life work a construction company so I do stay somewhat Naturally Fit outside of DNA that has athletics for the most part come naturally...well other then my very bad back that's hurting me since I was a little kid from too much curvature. My point is some people are just build different from muscle density, DNA, amount of testosterone, mental will, etc...some just have natural strength and athletic abiliyt and then if they add training and dedication on top of that they can reach mountaintops sometimes.

I like how his confidence and charisma built over time. At first you can see he's quite shy and feels awkward at times, rarely shaking hands after a match, avoiding eye contact, quickly disappearing after he's done. But later he starts smiling more, shakes hands, and doesn't immediately leave the table.
