Alex i can`t seem to pop a defensive left leg roundhouse. My right is fine though. It is because my left hip (if that is a thing lol) is too weak? how to make it as strong as the right one? Thanks i luv ur vids
@AlexWongTKD7 жыл бұрын
Going to make a video on tips to develop the weaker leg. But if it is your hip, I have a video on some hip conditioning drills I did with Donavan Barrett if your needing some exercises to develop those hip flexors bit.ly/HipConditioningDrills

Hey Alex last time I spared I got knockdown by a side kick. So what is s good counter for a side kick?
@kayleigh_m_t.k.d9347 жыл бұрын
Mr Fantastic yellow there are lots of options you could take the hit on the shoulder you could go over it go to the side or move back then go in really quickly and get the point
@kayleigh_m_t.k.d9347 жыл бұрын
Mr Fantastic yellow you could do a revers turning kick or a front leg hooking kick

KM. GAMING Haha I’ll try but I’m short so I have a really short distance kicks. But tnx really I appreciate it. You help me get better
@AlexWongTKD7 жыл бұрын
Will do a video on sidekick/cut kick counters for the future! But one simple one I can tell you is side step! Use your angles to avoid the kick
