Lily was played by Polly Holliday, who had become a big TV star 10 years prior playing Flo on "Alice". Right around this time, Holliday also got a juicy role in the movie 'Gremlins" as the town Grinch.

Mostly for her close family. Her kids, parents, siblings were presented fairly normal. Friends and extended were presented in that special Rose/St. Olaf way

In my opinion, the 2 worst disabilities are being blind and missing one or both hands.

@@LadyHeathen82, understandable. For me I love playing video games. So blindness and missing hand(s) is the biggest issue.

@@BadAssSykObut also think about how stressful it would be to never be able to stand up or walk. Im sure you do that daily. I feel like no hands is just as bad too tho
