In this episode, Dorothy has a break from school and Blanche suggests she works at the museum with her during her break. Unfortunately, Dorothy excels at her job which causes tensions between her and Blanche. Elsewhere, Rose finds a stay dog that she brings home as she attempts to find his owners, creating chaos in the house. How will our girls deal with all of this? Watch the episode and find out!

"Eat dirt and die, trash" is one of the best lines of the series. As others mentioned, Betty was an animal lover. She wanted animals on the set as much as possible. She served on Los Angeles Zoo's board of trustees continuously since 1974, taking a break starting in 1997 to become an inaugural member of the Board of Zoo Commissioners, a role she served in for eight years. She became chair of the board in 2010.

The thumbnail had me wondering if you were gonna like this episode. I am so glad that you do. You've probably noticed the formula by now where episodes typically have an A plot and B plot. And I agree. When Dorothy gets emotional I also get emotional. The show may be remembered for it's jokes and zingers "Eat dirt and die, trash" the core of the show are the moments that make you cry. I am so happy I get to tag along for your journey through this series.

Betty White said something about thinking that Bea Arthur didn't like her that much. That was after Bea Arthur had already died. “You know, I'm always being asked the question if my mom hated Betty White,” Matthew Saks, Bea Arthur's 57-year-old son, recently told Fox News. “It's not the way it is. I think my mom had some problems with her, but she liked her."
