@@danidin-h8j hi there ! Thanks for watching and enjoying my videos 😌. If you have oil around the pvc you can change the gasket from the pvc. But you have to be very careful because you can damage the plastic clips …. Work with heat to prevent breaking.

@@danidin-h8j think you don’t have to change the head gasket if there’s nothing wrong… but maybe it’s time for the head gasket if you have oil there😛

Was it relatively easy to remove the oil separator from the top of the engine? What is the part number of the gasket that needs replacing?

Hi there. It could be a bit difficult, because the gasket is sometimes tight on the engine. But I recommend to lessen all the screws and then carefully raise the separator from each side a bit ..it should come off than. Number is 55215302

Hi there - yea its a problem I think all tbi´s have that problem. You should order a new gasket. You get a new gasket.

@Seprent Crown Did the separator come off easily? Mine seems to be stuck as if bolts are still on and it won't move

Be sure to loosen all screws and then lift from each side a little bit. Mine did stuck a little , too
