In they are rusted replace them.

yep definitely! get some good penetrating fluid, let it sit for a few mins and then gently yet firmly remove the bolt. if its still stuck, then you could try to hammer around the little bolt and if it still is stuck you can buy some rust freezer which essentially freezes the area very quickly which may break the rust free. if all fails then go for the blowtorch technique.

There were axle stands. But I worked for three days waiting for penetration fluid to work with no result. So in tis par t of video putting them is not filmed...
