It's a shame that the other realms aren't explored more, and the specialist's role during this season is kinda sad when you see how underused they are later on since they don't have magic to battle the villains.

I think something you forgot while listening to Icy's lines is that she's 17-ish. She's stupid, bullheaded, head strong, stubborn, and all things a high and mighty teenager would be like. So those lines are quite fitting. EDIT: I'm surprised you didn't mention Flora's comment about finding a warm inner place.
