The performance surprised me even more than the haircut and the glasses (keep his eyes from the flying bugs I think) did. This cover is even better than the original of Snow Patrol and that of Leona Lewis, with Alfie's amazing emotion-loaded voice (long sustained notes), the wooing interlude from 3:13 (camera is great too) and a rise of pitch at 4:11 and you name it.
