your skin does look pretty good at the moment but you should consider using a sunscreen because sun damage is the biggest contributor to aging skin so if you want to keep yourself from getting sun spots and wrinkles for longer, a sunscreen might be good. also skin cancer is a thing so it’d also help prevent that.

We only have to wear inside and on public transport. Hardly anyone wears outside.

Honestly though (not saying it is the same for skin) but, for example, when washing your hair if you wash it too often your hair will continue to produce more oils. Hence why you should give your hair a break. I used to wash my hair maybe 3-4 times a week maybe but now I only wash it twice a week and I have been doing this for the past like 4-5 years. It’s also about stopping bad habits like raking your hand through your hair to prevent the over-production of oil

Alfie is doing the right thing for his skin, it’s bad to use a ton of chemicals on your skin. He does remind me of my husband though, who has the most amazing skin but told me he washes his face with shampoo 😂 and doesn’t use anything else on his skin (please do not wash your face with shampoo).

All I put on my face/wash my face with is water too, and I've never had spots. I think it's probably my genetics though. In nature people wouldn't put chemicals on their skin, so it makes sense that skin would be better the less you put on it.
