Obviously France would always try not to breach an airspace, but would do it without hesitation if its integrity was at treat. Algeria would not even think about trying to destroy a French airplane, the same way France would never destroy a US plane into its airspace. French military has been accused by Niger and Mali to fly in their respective airspace and that is probably true, yet nothing happened.
