Algorithms and Advertising: AI and Machine Learning in False Advertising Litigation

Thanks to recent increases in computing power, innovations in analytical methods, and the proliferation of digitized text and image data (e.g. in social media posts), artificial intelligence and machine learning can shed light on questions of liability and materiality (impact) in false advertising litigation.
