Exactly, he meant don't entirely rely on correlating the Quran with science. Because certain scientific facts can also be subjected to a paradigm shift. Ali and Sabboor have mentioned that 80% of the Quran are foundational statements and 20% are ambiguous. Foundational statements are clear cut whereas the problem wirh ambiguous statements is that people try and twist the interpretation to fit science. Also to mention there are different forms and levels of scientific facts not all fact's are fundamental facts. Ali is just cautioning the muslim community.

Eh not quite the same. Well not the same at all really. Marriage is something that God set up and He placed specific restrictions on it. Lying about the father of the baby isn't grounds for a divorce. Her committing adultery after she married you is though. However if she has remained faithful to you since you were engaged and there is no legitimate cause for separation (actual abuse or strife for the cause of faith in Jesus) then you're required to stay married.

It is saying gushing water stemming from between backbone and ribs, which is actually true when you consider studying pregnancy and babies in the womb, because at the 7th month of pregnancy, the baby has the testicles in between backbone and ribs, and it starts to travel to the crotch area, which is the same reason why testicular anasthesia cannot be done correctly if only the balls were made numb, because the nerves are in that area from which the testicles travelled which is why they have to numb the area between backbone and ribs too. Christians believe the Bible is true, but we don't believe it was literally written by God word for word. Ali Dawa is acknowledging that one of the bedrock issues of his faith was a lie from the start. Falsehoods or inaccuracies in what is supposed to be the eternal, unchanging speech of the all knowing and all powerful Allah as dictated word for word to their prophet has much wider ramifications for the credibility of their belief system than you seem to realize. It entirely undermines the Quran's divine origin. If the Quran is not divinely dictated perfect speech from Allah, there is no Islam.

This was one of the reasons I became Muslim when I was 18. (I left islam a while ago) Once you begin to dig further into tafsir, you begin to realize that the miracle method is often fanciful dreaming when you realize how muhammad and his companions interpret the text. Some of them can be debunked by the arabic language. Which leads into another issue when I began comparing different transmissions of the quran like hafs and doori. I haven't found a doori quran in English anyway, so you have to know arabic to read it. They'll often pass off the different transmissions as dialects when words can be variants as far as plural and singular nouns. Which party a verse is referring to, and so on. Anyway that's my two cents don't fall for the scientific miracle narrative, there are many Muslims who don't give dawah in that way anymore either because they know it's wrong at the end of the day. Salafi publications, for example, don't go that route. Heck, they even say the sun revolves around the earth because the quran indicates it, and the hadith confirm it, lol. There are also many modern scholars who hold this view as well. Ibn baz, uthaymeen, fawzan, etc
