Prof. John Henry was not happy with the show or interview and even got annoyed with Ali G, he later stated he felt it was promoting drug use and making light of the situation, you have to remember this was the person who did the inquest into Leah Betts death from water intoxication and her use of MDMA (Es) on her 18th birthday which saw widespread media of her comatosed in hospital I do wonder if bands like Shamen with Ebinezeer goode encouraged experimentation whilst released in 1992 it was only 3 years later that Leah passed away, so it would of still been a popular track within parties, the two are not directly linked in anyway, other then just ecstacy and john henry was the lead medical scientist in the enquiry, i remember as a 16 yr old at the time this was pure commedy, rebelious behaviour against the system and making a mockery of law enforcement and health care providers, and whilst it was intended just for entertainment, you know for a fact some teens thought it would be cool to take it to re-enforce their rebelious attitudes based on popular culture
