omg i had the whole diatomaceous earth thing for fleas too! It was devastating- powder EVERYWHERE no matter how much I cleaned for over a year. Feeling for you. Idk what the alternative is. Steph, the IBS stuff could be your body responding to some kind of toxin. I'm going through the same/similar thing and have been to the GI and allergist and they haven't found anything yet. Our best guess so far is that it's a response to an abundance of mold in my house (I'm moving out soon and hoping it'll solve everything). My allergist told me that all my skin tests were negative, but that they're not able to test for most molds and that there could be some other thing my body is responding to that either they didn't test for or just isn't showing up on the skin test. Which I guess is still possible even if you have hives and other obvious signs of allergy like rhinitis because I've been having all those symptoms too, including the immediate need to go to the bathroom. dyshidrotic eczema ! have had flare ups myself it’s not often diagnosed by doctors but a topical steroid can be used to calm the irritation quickly
