What a wonderful guest! Honestly, during the years I tried so many different products I have seen on YT\tiktok or whatever and understood that you just need SPF, a gentle cleanser, and a Moisturizer that suits your skin. However, when it comes to anti aging \ reverse aging, No procedure\cream that I have tried in my life was as helpful as the high-quality derma pen I got for around 200$.

What dermapen did you get?

Could you tell us which derma pen you used please ? and can you please explain how did it help and why? Thanks for the comment by the way!
@Daniellemcdd3 сағат бұрын
Yeah sure, during the years I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. I swear, Nothing made any real difference compared to microneedling. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 20's again, but definitely not 48 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin

Thank you for this video it was so informative! And I'm so happy that finally an expert talks about the dangerosity of chemical sunscreens that has been known in the scientific literature for a really long time! Korean brands have the best mineral sunscreens that are safe, especially if you are pregnant if anyone is reading this.

Thank you for this fascinating video! On my channel I get many questions about my skin and skincare, and I’m glad that you have touched a subject that there is no such thing as „generic skincare” and everyone’s skincare should be adapted to own age, skin concerns and age. I wish this doctor would elaborate more on LED masks therapy, I was very curious about his point of view about that, but in general I’m super happy about todays video. I have learned new things! Good makeup depends on good skin, and good skin depends on good skincare adapted to own age and skin concerns. Thank you! From Paris with love 🫶🏻☺️🫶🏻 PSC, xxx

I ve always used mineral sunscreen, and I never understood the hype over the chemical ones: like some korean brands, or even some presented by Andreea. I am an environmental engineer and I do read the literature. I highly recommend two brands: Color Science and Revision Skincare, but absolutely there are good ones in pharmacies , french brands. We are constantly learning and I am grateful for this educational video.❤

Both discussions with this PhD was so informative. I’ve been careful with my Nordic heritage skin since I was very young. Very fair, always use physical sunscreen, fortunately I can tolerate vit C serum, low strength OTC retinol, and I will run into sensitivity to some ingredients. I find my biggest problems are when a product is the most natural and organic I will have an allergic reaction. I hope he comes back and talks skincare treatments like red and blue LED, micro and nano current technology, sonic, professional lasers etc. Thank you!

Thank you Andrea and dr Arampatzis for this very informative and beneficial video. I enjoyed both this and the first one a lot! I just have one question :) From the explanation of the skintypes, I recognize myself in the second type, I am 41 years old and happily for me, most of the recommendations for this skintype I already follow :) My question is, with age is it necessary to do more of something to maintain the good status of the skin? For example, more concentrated retinol or anything in addition to it and the vitamin C and niacinamide? I would enjoy a third video with you if you decide to make one 😊 I truly appreciate your time and thought you both put into it ❤

So how come it does that to my combination skin and fair skin (East European, Romanian)? What's the exception to the rule?
