Being an Indian i wanna mention that Malabari Paratha that you ate is supposed to be eaten with any curry specifically chicken or Paneer its an Southwestern delicacy (keral ,Karnataka) and to enjoy its actual taste you must grill or pan fry it with some butter and you’ll see different layers will come out of it that’s the specialty of Malabari paratha! ✌🏻✨
