wow we sync once again haha. i dont know what it is this year but i also got super into notebooks and writing things down. suddenly there is this urge to document and organize my days and my thoughts. it never happened before! i feel like once they are out of my mind and in front of my eyes, everything will make much more sense. i ordered the cutest 2025 planner, cant wait to use it. happy new year everyone, may we all be more intentional this year

I use a college ruled notebook for my morning pages (front, back, front) and the back side of last page for writing affirmations. The Artist’s Way will serve you well! I have attempted twice (read AND execute the exercises at the end of the chapters) but only got through chapter 7 completely. It’s really important shadow work for us creative types. Please do share your experience if you take it on! Your content is my favorite! Happy New Year! ❤

Hey-thank you for this lovely space. I know Mercer Books well and it was nice to remember it after seeing the bookmark. So, morning pages are a first thing in the morning EMPTYING of your head so often, this stream of consciousness reading may not be what you return to. It is literally a DUMPING. I use to use printing paper...and I would burn it. Now, I have a Remarkable and I do Morning Pages (MP) there...but I personally don't go back and read it. That is what my journaling is for. I have a little journal and an iphone printer and I stick photos in my journal or other things to remind me of a moment, you know? I think you may find that MP clear you for the day which is such a great way of beginning another unpromised day on the planet. Take care!
