Decades of practice.its not talent but rather the hard work he puts into his craft. When others stop, Alice keeps going. I think Bruce Dickinson and Dee Snyder have done the same. Take a listen to Dee Snyder's For The Love Of Metal album, he sounds better than he did with Twisted Sister.
