They're pythons - and no. They have teeth, but not fangs - so they inject no venom.

Any python longer than 4 feet can kill an average human by asphyxiation or simply snapping their neck. That said they wouldn't really try to for the most part because they don't see us as food... Well maybe the really big ones do
