Do you wanna know something I noticed about these movies that no one I know ever really seems to bring up? Mineta, a prominent character in these movies, is never once Pervy in these movies!! Like in the movies, he makes a lot more like ladies man then less perverted. Which is strange but also cool. Because it allowed me to look at the character in a new perspective.

Also the little girl with brown hair and glasses that All might saves in the intro chase scene of the movie is The kid version of Stars and Stripes. (the muscular Woman Top 1 hero of America who shows up in the teaser of the season 6 finale the last episode you watched. Also also the movies are canon despite all the people claiming they weren't. Horikoshi just couldn't add any reference to them in the manga because obviously by the time the mobies were made the manga was multiple seasons ahead of the anime.

Well it's weaker but it's suggested that Melissa made the ones from Season 6. The one in the movie is called Full Gauntlet and the ones in the anime are called Mid Gauntlet since it's just for general arm support rather than how strong they are in the film.

About the opening scene with young all might - i got teary eyed as well. Many people hate on mha, not just because of the creepy fandom. But because its a "mid story" and its such a "weak verse". Regardless of wether they have a point or not, All Might is just HIM. Whenever i see a scene with all might i just want to chant and cheer his name. Hes THAT GUY. And theres nothing the haters can do to change that.

i think the fact that David accidentally kinda caused this whole mess because he made a Quirk Enhancement item for All Might is just incredible writing. its a perfectly simple and clean use of the classic "Good Intentions dont guarantee Good Results" trope, and i absolutely love it. someone cares about their close friend deeply enough to invent a groundbreaking scientific marvel, and someone else decides it can be used for evil. one of the oldest tricks in the book, but damn it still hits every time when done correctly
