Joseph's prank shows how fast his brain works. In the span of about 2 seconds, after literally being revived from severe blood loss and a coma, he worked out the following: 1. I'm in an ambulance and waking up instead of just being dead, so Dio must have lost to Jotaro; 2. They have me hooked up to Dio's body which is giving me blood - he must have taken that blood from my body after Dio hit me with the knife; 3. Dio is a vampire and is able to make people into his servants; 4. There's a possibility that someone receiving Dio's blood could make them into a vampire as well; and 5. It'd be a really funny prank to make Jotaro think that he had accidentally brought Dio back after we did all that to track him down and kill him.

23:22 fact about this Joseph's line Joseph's VA, Unsho Ishizuka, didn't know what JJBA was until he become Joseph's VA. The time goes, he was really absorbed to JJBA and so enjoyed the recording time. But after this scene, the recording was over. So he really missed those VAs who acted Joseph's friends, and that line "It'll be lonely without you" was his actual feeling at that time. Later, he said "It was me that said the line, not Joseph. I really missed Jojo's recording..." 3 years after Unsho acted Joseph, he passed away. It'll be lonely without you.

Fun fact about Dio's va, he played a character in the original Yu-Gi-Oh anime, arkana, he was the dude that the same boss monster as Yugi (kinda exactly like in here) but also he had cards that essentially made his boss monster throw knives, later in the Yu-Gi-Oh GX series he played a character named sartorius and listen to this, his monsters are based on tarot cards, another one of his spells also has throwing knives AND his boss monster is "arcana 31: The World" and he yells ZA WARUDO it pretty much like he does in jojo's, all of this before he played Dio So now there's this game called duel links that has new voice lines from the VAs and when you play as sartorius and summon arcana 31 he goes HAM with his delivery line

Part 3 is like baseline jojo, honestly, going forward. its set up so much of the status quo while also having a lot of great fights and some fun if simple characters, though less simple than previous parts. also the best fight of the series. Part 4 though has the BEST villain in the series. Part 5 has the second best fight. Part 7 has the best setting/premise.

the reason why there is no after credits is because technically the DIO saga (parts 1,2 and 3) is over. And the reason as to why there isn't a "epilogue" sequence is because part 4 takes place only 10 years after part 3, so no enough time passed to justify it.

Now, I wanna see an alternate version of Jojo's where the Dio blood turns Joseph into a vampire but otherwise just reverts him to his young state & he's in every part of the show after that, stealing every protagonist's thunder. It'd be hilarious if at the beginning of part 4, it showed someone using a stand to reassemble Dio's ashes, give him new blood, & restart his heart. It doesn’t change the fact that his knees were already broken after the beatdown he got on the bridge, but Star Platinum punching The World’s left knee in this case is more symbolic since that was the half where Jonathan was residing in his original body and resisting DIO’s control, and his great-great-grandson had freed him and the Joestar bloodline from DIO’s clutches.

Ayyyo Nice ride. I like to think that the reason joseph lived is that no one ever removed the knife in his neck, so he wasn't bleeding that quickly. He could still breathe ain't like his whole windpipe was fucked up just a little slit like a tracheotomy. After dio gives him the suck is the real danger, but soo much of the remaining fight is during time stop that Joseph really only needed to hold on for like a feww seconds.

Incase no one has said it yet don't watch team four stars jojo abridge (jojo part 3 in 6 minutes and jojo part 3 in 9 minutes) since it contains pretty big spoilers for the first episode of part 4. So a little bit of context on how vampires work in jojo, basically the only thing keeping them alive is their brain, so when jotaro punched dio in that last scene the impact was so powerful it blew his brain to smithereens and that's why he couldn't regenerate from it .

No you are wrong His brain didn't blew..it got split in half just like in part 1 when he fought Jonathan But this time Dio died because of his stand dying If your stand dies then you will also die even if you are immortal So his stand gave him op move of stopping time but also became the cause of his death

Fun fact: in the scene of the opening in which the Crusaders are on stairs, everyone on the right side dies. Also in the ending, in the scene before the end with Jotaro's foosteps and all, we can see that Kakyoin, Avdol and Iggy are at the right side of a small river while Jotaro, Joseph and Polnareff are at the left side. This serves as a reference to the side of the Nile in which Egyptians buried their lost ones. I'd also like to mention one scene in which the Crusaders are in a train and Joseph is asleep. In this scene you can actually see he has only two train tickets on his hand, foreshadowing that him and Jotaro would be the only ones to come back to where their journey started, in Japan (since Polnareff met them in Hong Kong and went to France in plane at the end). It truly was a Last Train Home

Daily JoJo's fun facts: since I started this series of comments late on during part 3, I'll just start listing off all of the part 3 trivia that I can think off of the top of my head, forgive me if I forgot something and if you want to you can add it to the replies of this comment (as long as it doesn't include spoilers for next parts obviously) Araki said he killed Avdol/tried avoiding drawing him as much as possible because he didn't like drawing his hair cylinder thingies + he wasn't a fan of simple elemental abilities so he swerved away from them for the rest of the series A lot of the stands that weren't named in the original manga were given their name later in one of Araki's art books Midler, the user of the stand High Priestess was a playable character in the Capcom fighting game (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for The Future) and since she wasn't shown in the manga, Araki gave her a design for the game Speaking of HFTF, if you play as Alessi and go against Joseph Joestar using Alessi's stand on him turns him back into his part 2 self and you can play as him full with his own moveset and everything There's an OVA made for part 3 in the 90s that unlike the modern version, changed a ton of things and wasn't as faithful to the source material, it only covered the Egypt arc and later it covered the first arc also it skipped a lot of fights The 90s OVA was the sole reason JoJo's doesn't have an Arabic dub and doesn't have as much fame in the arab world, because during the scene where Hol Horse tries to shoot DIO behind his back, DIO was holding a book that looked very similar to the Quran and the bullet went through it, I'm sure you know why that wasn't taken very nicely by the Egyptian government Jotaro's ability to stop time was hinted at during his fight against N'doul at the beginning of the Egypt arc, N'doul said that he didn't feel Jotaro coming up right behind him (as if he stopped time) and when him and Jotaro exchanged attacks we can see a distortion effect similar to the effect of whenever DIO stops time appear around Star Platinum Kakyoin's parents never knew that he left which means that from perspective their son disappeared for 50 days and returned as a corpse with a hole through it's abdomen Iggy's design changed since his first appearance in the manga, and since this adaptation is so faithful it even adapted the way his design changed throughout the part! The scene where Crusaders take a picture together was anime original even though the picture comes up later, the anime simply showed it being taken I don't know if you noticed but the second opening of this part was sung by the artists that sung the first(Tommy Tominaga) ,second(Coda) and third(Jin Hashimoto) opening! The reason DIO was the on to explode when he attacked Jotaro was because he was so cocky he thought he could win despite attacking with his injured left leg (he stated earlier that his left side heals slower than his right) That's all folks! Imagine how dangerous Dio or Jotaro would be if they really just wanted to assassinate someone. They could hide in a building to watch & wait for their target to get into just the right position & then stop time to sneak into an ideal spot to fire a sniper rifle at them. Even if you knew they were after you, the spot they actually fire the gun from could be a spot you already checked. Even if you saw them, they could just stop time & change locations before firing.

So fun fact about Jotaro, he is very unlike other MCs, not only in his demeanor but in his fighting style, when angry he doesnt fly onto a rage, he focuses his senses instead but still vey likable guy, in the begining when he was being rude to his mother and all, well, he was also the first to notice something was wrong with her, he has great observation skills and show his care throug action rather than words, like then and in battle, well, he was right, the reason he beated DIO was 2 fold, 1 DIO reverted to his part 1 demeanor for the final part of the battle, and that entailed him trying to enrage the oponent to get them to make mistakes, but as mentioned early, Jotaro isnt like that, when enraged, he focuses instead, meaning 2, his personality was the direct counter to DIOs that thus made him make the mistakes instead, funny enough this is very similar to Joseph VS Ultimate Kars, where Joseph understands that his bluffing wont work on Kars because of his personality thus has to find another means, but DIO didnt realize this in his high
