In the manga, the running gag with Senshi being confused about Chilchuk's age goes so far that he covers his eyes each time there's nudity, to protect his innocence.

It'll never stop being hilarious to me that Chilchuck is *so* committed to not telling his co-workers about himself that he'd rather let Senshi give him the birds and bees talk for hours rather than clarify that he's *literally* middle-aged because he's 29 and part of a race whose average lifespan is about 60. This boy's just as demented as the others in some ways.

Senshi just being everyone's dad who MUST feed the babies and tells them to look away from boobies is so good. Something I quite like is how Marcille is painfully academic here. She explains all the technical stuff to Laios and focuses on effectiveness as much as possible. But she not only completely neglects the realistic social effects of a healer putting their hands all over their party, but also forgets to mention mana sickness as if it's common knowledge. Also, a nice touch keeping Marcille misising an eyelash in the last scene.

A fun thing to notice about the dryads is that the ones that had boobs were male and the one that didn't have boobs was female

Yeah glad I’m not the only one that noticed. I also love how they adapted a dryad here since they are so associated with being sexy, making them flowers that pollinate eachother by kissing is so perfect. It also explains the point of them walking around. They are their own pollinators.

Alicia finding some of the characters being relatable is good content. Alicia appreciating a good anime strong points is great content. Alicia seeing her fiancé in the main character and relating hard with the story is peak content.😂

Btw the studio that made dungeon meshi is the same who made kill la kill. It’s really fun seeing the animation style here in subtle ways like the sneezing scene, running from the udine etc. Love that detail sm!!
