Joshua Hale hey, great video. I do not own the alien movies yet. I want to get this set and have all 4 movies together with all the special features and behind the scenes, but the Alien 35th anniversary and Aliens 30th anniversary blu rays seem to have some good alternate versions and comic book versions of the films. Which do you think i should get, anthology set or individual blu rays?

SerialKillerX thanks bud. that would depend on what your thoughts are on Alien 3 and 4. i happen to enjoy them so I would prefer having them all in one set. that being said, I dont know if the individual releases are any better. They would look better on the shelf next to the eventual blu ray of Alien Covenant.

True. ALIEN didn't have all the deleted scenes reinstated, plus there some scenes that were omitted from the theatrical version. Guess that's why Ridley Scott calls it a director's cut and not a special edition.

Be warned this shite! I don't even believe it's a true transfer. If you watch Scott's introduction to "Alien" you can see the VHS tracking mark at the bottom The audio is not home theatre on "Alien". The sound on the DVD "Quadrilogy" is far superior. It you can lay your hands on a copy,take it. Whoever produced the Blu-ray copy should be sued!
