My girlfriend works in an office and she is the youngest person there. Her specific department is 6 women. The 5 older women she works with are all on valium or klonopin and several of them are also prescribed tramadol for some reason which they use almost like a mood stabilizer or for energy. (I used to be a little druggie as a teenager so I am familiar with the energy and glowing mood tramadol can give you) It’s like doctors just throw pills at these women for any problem they have. I used to have pretty severe anxiety and really a panic disorder, I would have panic attacks daily and it was awful. It really ruined several years of my life and I was a shell of a person but Benzos are super addictive and only mask the problem so I had to get off all that stuff and fix the underlying problems and actually work on myself through meditation and understanding consciousness and reading books to get better. It’s really insane the way our medical field makes very little effort to diagnose the root cause of issues and instead they just throw pills at the problem, then when you have side effects from the pills their solution is to give you more pills to combat those side effects. You can trace this all the way back to Rockefeller who made a huge and successful effort to shift the medical industry towards allopathic medicine and away from natural remedies and diet/nutrition. An oil tycoon basically compromised the education system for doctors and worked towards having the American Medical Association be the only organization that can license new doctors who were educated and follow the brand of allopathic medicine that Rockefeller promoted. He funded studies, he made massive donations to medical schools with the understanding they would only teach curriculum that fit into his agenda (treating everything with petroleum based medicine), and worked to have plant based medicine and natural remedies removed. He also worked to fund the American Cancer Society. Treating cancer in this country is BIG business. It’s also a federal law that cancer can only be treated via radiation, chemotherapy or surgery. A ruthless oil tycoon and capitalist literally shaped the modern medical system and from the moment someone starts their education towards becoming a doctor they are fully indoctrinated into this system. I’m not saying you should ignore all medical advice, or that all prescriptions are bad or that you should go try to treat cancer with incense and herbs and ignore medical advice lol. It’s just so insidious once you realize the entire medical system is geared towards profit and the status quo and not actually getting people the best treatment. They are also more interested in treating cancer rather than curing it

I have Narcolepsy so I spend waaay too much time in REM (theta wave brain state) and have slipped into REM while awake. Im told this is something Shamans do, I’m also told people meditate and “practice” to get into these theta wave states without falling asleep. People with my condition have extremely vivid dreams, in color, involving all the traditional senses like smell, taste, etc. We lucid dream easily, have sleep paralysis easily, and “hallucinate” if we slip into REM sometimes. The problem is earth human have not learn to manipulate energy and shift the consciousness around them. There’s only small percentage of people who can do that. About dimensions, I like to call it density layers of physicality there’s no limit to it I think of it as infinite universe, infinite reality, infinite timeline and depends on where we point our consciousness into to access different realms. After we’re perfecting ground level which is 3rd density layer where we’re in, like build a solid base then everything else will fall in place but people looking for escape from this reality instead of being brave and take prideful action in life they let fear take them over. Passive and submissive in every way. Life is great excitement and challenges it’s not a simulation whoever think it’s a simulation comes from a fear base assumption and victim hood mentality that there’s an external force that captures souls to be on earth. When I astrally projected, multiple times, and looked down at my self lying there, it was not "me", the human I expected to see. I realized I am a star seed. I saw a UFO once. It was an oval bluish glowing light. It was dark out and there were others around me. I yelled for them to look saying,”What is that”? At that instant it seemed to fold up, it became a cube. And it shot off into space zigzagging and within a split second it was gone. The other people only saw the zigzagging light. So they called it was heat lightening. But I know it was some sort of spaceship. I can’t ever forget it.
