this is so much fun. love it when people actively look for funny glitches. the alien getting trapped in the train is pretty simple to explain. there isn't a navigation mesh in the train for the alien which tells the AI where he can move to. that's why he won't go in. i guess they decided not to do this so the player could escape on a close call and not make it frustrating. so if you push him inside, he won't be able to move. he'll be like "HAALP I NEED DIRECTIONS!"
