Stunning images as usual. Your "spoiled" shot from 2015 showcases a phenomenon known as the "Sierra Wave", a cloud formation prominent in the Mono Lake-Bishop-Owen Valley area. But your sunburst image is a jaw dropper!! Glad that Amanda 'missed' her flight and caught a ride home with you! You two stay safe.

Geeze, mate. Your Tacoma fan, here. After you clued us into Valley of Fire, and we drove down during the apocalype, distancing, blizzards, shorts and heat in Death Valley canyons, cities shut totally down..... and here you come through again with places and scenes I didn't even know existed. Fantabulous... And yes. Stayed in Tonapah.! One person allowed in the hotel lobby at a time. Not really an issue. We were the only people in the damn place after arranging for help for some off-roaders in a broken-down jeep WAY out of cell phone range. Your comps are just wizzingly hot, and your hitchhiker? Yea. Just go with it. Hell. Every landscape photog needs an assistant anyway - and your fan base seems to want this one to be hired. Full-time. Sign 'er up. Safe travels. Safe home. ... but you still have to make a grocery run for Adam. It may not be fun but it's the right thing to do. Extra pounds for shit tickets. No one said pandemics are easy. Look at it this way : you can drop it all off and wave through a window. No Netflixing required. Well. At least, not at Adam's. Post of the week! Gas prices plummeting.. No excuse not to keep them coming! Huge thanks, as always.

When were you out there? Think I was out there March 16-17. Got some good milky way panoramas, time-lapse sequences, and like yourself, focus stacked scenes. Was cold as hell! 12F (-11c) - 20f (-6c) each day. And totally agree. sun came out, and had an apparent warmth, especially hiking around, squatting, kneeling and putting in miles exploring, but when you take a moment to check temps, man, cold!
