Alien Romulus was absolutely fantastic, captured the vibe of the first movie perfectly, the cinematography, music, action everything was top notch. Fede Álvarez and the cast and crew did a phenomenal job, really enjoyed the movie. 👏👏👏👏👏

As a huge Alien(s) fan, I can already tell this will disappoint due to how much of the Aliens are shown. What made the 1st two movies so amazing was the pacing and suspense, since you didn't see the threat constantly, but knew it was there...

After so many movies in the franchise, it's kind of difficult to create tension. Everyone knows what the xenomorphs look like, how they act, how they reproduce, how they hunt. Judging by the trailers, a lot of this movie seems to parrot previous entries. I liken it to how The Last Jedi was a 'retelling' of Star Wars.

It would be fascinating if they develop the fraternal relationship between the protagonist and the android in the movie, where the android evolves from hero to villain manipulated by an unscrupulous corporation, forcing the heroine to confront him. The main message could be the duality of technology, capable of being used for both good and evil, reminding us that, as mentioned in a documentary, ultimately we are the commercial product. Although artificial intelligence can simulate emotions and connections, it remains a machine.
