Facts, was 5 AM and finished a rify run after finally getting a truck running. On my way back with my buddy another car rammed our truck on the road and he killed us both. Dayz makes you since so much time and the dumbest thing imaginable has to happen at the worst possible time to screw you over. Now I get why people just play to get geared, pvp, then die. Less disappointment.

Had no idea how difficult it was to get this suit. I logged into Namalsk after not playing for a month and found myself inside a base with that suit. Someone had built a base around in the shed i logged off in last game. Can't make this up lol. I threw nades around until i died but left the suit in the truck it was in. Glad I didn't ruin it for them after seeing the effort to get it.

if you bring a tent with you on the ice it will protect you from the storm. you need a large bag in order to have enough storage for the tent and your firewood. don't let your matches or kindling get wet. BRING A COMPASS. you will face the consequences i.e your death without a compass.

I’ve broken my leg missing the jump to a3 with the suit and died to the storm, it sucks. I find it’s a lot more fun to get geared up and kill players and find the pieces on them, that way you don’t need to spend hours collecting the parts. And just stash what you can on tara

Yeah I don't even try to do stuff like this anymore on purpose. Always ends in disappointment. If I kill someone and they have some sort of loot/gear on them for a mission like this, I'll do it. But I ain't going around looking for keycards or NBC gear etc.

@@Allanthia yeah, you don’t need the NBC gear though. Just bring like 3 rolls of bandages with you and make the suit right away and keep bandaging. You don’t get the gas poisoning. Makes it just a little bit easier

I'm pretty sure that if you're full health, it's not hugely likely you'll die from the storm if you're lying down: you just get massively damaged, as you were. I think if you'd been one chunk down, you'd have died. Unless it's been changed since Namalsk's launch.

with the lehs mk3 you have what i think is a 100% cut resistance btw, so you dont need a second person to do the fix pipe, just slap the suit on, keep the gas mask on and you can run around freely.
