Dude. Those freaking wolves. I got to a point where I couldn't die in this game. I was very picky about my engagements and had shelters all over the map. The last 3 times I died, after having long living characters were to a pack of wolves each time in the exact same patch of land each time and I didn't know they were there until they bit me and they were max number packs of them. I know there were 8 of them on the last two for sure.

Community servers are SO MUCH better, rarely cheaters. I totally get you want the vanilla experience, but two things: One, there's so many servers, I'm sure you know. Might take forever to find a good one, but they have to exist. And two, don't sleep on all the mods. Some of them are really fun. I prefer low-loot hardcore type places, but there's some really fun guns you can get without sacrificing the realism. And cool mods, like a walkman and music, DNA keycards, shit like that. Also you really should try other maps. There's so many! And if you like that "On the coast, just got a gun, fuck with people" type, there's whole maps geared towards that with pvp, like Namalsk and Esseker. I'd love to see you on Namalsk. It's basically only that, but cold.

completely agree with Zesty, comunity servers have alot of issues like high ping, bases issues, unbalanced loot distribution, mods, so theres no way that people who usually play vanilla can really enjoy, but one thing is for sure, US servers have aloooott more cheaters than European servers, I play officials very often and I didnt find a cheater for at least 1 year
