i hve a doubt regarding expections for sec 10 like women benefits sir, 1. Why women benefits is only to particular religion wat abt others? 2.Incase of emergency, her husband is alive, she can alienate property or not?
@veganishjourney19983 жыл бұрын
1.Women referred in sec 10 TPA includes all the women except (Hindu,Mohemmdan,or Buddhists).During the period when those laws were except those women all other women were in miserable condition.So law was made to protect those women

Sir please tell me, how partial restrictions are different from exceptions given under section 10
@GaneshPoojaryLawforAll5 жыл бұрын
In partial restrictions, there is a limited restrictions like 'not to sell the land to Mr. X or ABC vendor. You have all rights to sell to anyone else. Only a particular party is requested to be isolated. Likewise 'preference' can be partial. One need to give preference as per the agreement, however if the preferred party is not making good offer, you can always sell to others....

It seems, the bottom line is when purchaser feels restraint in earning market value or more out of the property being resold, he can avoid any condition put before at the time of first sale to him...
