AliExpress Fake Product Dispute - logitech g304

In a dispute with AliExpress sellers who fake and sell Logitech G304, there is a problem of being passive in arbitration or rather taking the side of the seller.
I took a video comparing genuine and fake products.
The dispute has not been settled, so there is no refund and the seller has no penaltyI hope there will be no more victims.

Looks like I bought fake on Lazada in Thailand. It was really cheap, 80% discounted from new. All same signs. And main problem it is not recognized by GHUB.

I got a fake one but they must have revised the design of it, because mine looks much closer to the original one than yours does, the usb dongle also looks alot closer to the original

Those fakes are starting to become annoying man,they even make clones of the G102 or the Razer Deathadder Essential which are both cheap mice to begin with. There are stores that sell this for the same price as the original and they don't mention about being fake either

its strange that Aliexpress stood by the scammer side. really shows you that they encourage this kind of behavior. I am in the Same boat as OP in dispute with no resolve. should've bought from amazon even if it was more expensive, at least they value their customers

Truly I bought mine from there fully functional manufactured just like 2 -3 weeks ago a new fresh unit got.lucky.maybe and was almost like 5 hours delivery

​@@mariosteer not bad deal ig if it does give u a worthfull sensor lasting clicks working sidebuttons tht can be assigned with xmousebutton cuz official hub won't recognise it but none of tht would probably be good as they just want the money so they probably used below even avg quality let alone g304s

@nyanderthalensis i mean it can be correct for a budget gaming mouse but if you used a genuine logitech mouse before you will notice the difference in quality plus the sensors on these are cheaper, if you want to know if a mouse is fake then look in the listing if it mentions hat it does not work with G hub or in the reviews
