You have to cut the letters separate from each other. Not all at the same time.

Thanks for your comment. I like to cut out the alphabet all together, and not to separate the dies. In this case I have it in a set, doesn't have the fear, that I will lost one. I storage the rest letters. A have several alphabets, and it works fine for me. Except that one in this video.

For letters, you should cut it with cutting side up to roller. Try like that if it still doesn’t work you should separate letters. You can separate on two, three peaces if you don’t want to separate all letters. Good luck 🤞 Could you send a link where you ordered cercles please? And what the biggest diameter of the cercle?
