I’ve got a Mini Scout Pro clone last year and put it on my Scorpion which I use for home defense. So far it’s held up great while shooting, even while using the binary trigger. Definitely considering getting one of these.

The mode switch for changing the setting is neat but I don’t understand when I would have a weapon mounted light on a setting other than high anyway

Low is for longer run-time in a non-combat use such as a long march or S&R.

If you’re shooting indoors, CQB and what not, 1,000 lumens is extremely bright. The flashback on other surfaces especially white color walls can essentially blind the user. The lower output is easier on the eyes.

So far so good after about 250rnds (limited range access and high ammo prices): kzbin.info/www/bejne/enK6fWSfoa6gna8 Cost about 50 smackers and took about a 40 days though this was slowed down to last year's Pandemic commerce slowdown.

Yes. Granted, I'm putting it through combat patrols or even 3gun but it's held up. I'm still using it as the weaponlight on my PCC.

Its on my Home Def gun and a 3-gun rifle so it doesn't see much abuse. But I still use it on my Sub2K as it's primary illuminator after all this time. Hope you subscribe.
