I was scheduled for ALIF surgery but an incidental CT scan showed a DVT in my right iliac vein (May Thurner) The compression was caused by my back being out of alignment from a previous surgery. Now they say ALIF would be too dangerous so they are going to try XLIF surgery (lateral). I hope it works. The previous surgery made me worse off than before. Titanium implant disc slipped out of place (5mm) and the cage came loose.

I think you are very awesome explaining that whole thing especially to me because I have had four strokes in the past. I’m doing very well the strokes only affected my left side I have just very little left side weakness only some of my speech only some words. And some of my short-term long-term memory was affected. By the grace of God I’m here I’m getting ready to have that surgery done. Man’s in anterior lumbar in Terra fusion at Elfar this one would posterior lumbar fusion Elfi this one put posterior screws if you can recommend a video where I can see that whole operation that would be great or someone walk me through that thank you.
