This video is 10 years old but is the best, concise video I have seen on this subject. My PCP just described it as "Mild Arthritis" on the Patient Portal when she got back withbme after the Lumbar X-Ray which left me with more questions than answers until I saw this video.

7:50 ish temporary flare ups . 😂 all symptoms you listed doc, ive experience for 12 yrs and on going not getting better, getting worse. And it worsens thru out the day have to take periodic breaks.All the VA tells me xrays look normal you do have some arthritis, try to get the to do an MRI , they won't, " there is no need" we have your results, they say. Yeah results that were half assed

Is fall by back causing disc Degenaration a mechanical problem ? I have recently diagnosed with l4 L5 first stage DDD. Can it be cured if mechanical problems are solved ? I am 40 years old from India. Can glucosamine suppliment & spine manipulation by orthopathy help regenerate disc. Kindly reply.
